Storm of the Century

Storm of the CenturyStorm of the Century plays a great role in the works of Stephen King. This story is actually a script. The author made a story that coincides with the name of the television miniseries and it gives a reader a look into the new way of writing of the author which is fully different from the prose.
It is the story about the inhabitants of Little Tall Island. King uses again his favorite subject of isolation. The victims are in horror which is almost unfolded when the inhabitants of Little Tall refer to the “Storm of the Century”.
However the storm will be the least of the inhabitants of Little Tall worries because the island will be hit by the violence of the newcomer Andre Linoge. He has a mystical cane and the ability to male the inhabitants of the island do strange for them things, for example, people began to kill their neighbors, or boyfriends etc. Soon it will be a common and obvious thing for the readers because they have faced it in the stories It and The Stand.
Every story needs one better hero, and Michael Anderson is such hero in the Storm of the Century. He detains Linoge and then he quickly realizes that there should be more than just a mystical cane and a sinister smile. Then a wind and snow comes down on Little Tall and a new task for Michael Anderson will be to find out the truth behind Linoge and stop his madness.
Storm of the Century is designed for the screen and has the common teleplay format, however, it will not be difficult for readers to dive into the story of Little Tall and the fate of the island. In any case the reader will estimate the shortness of the format which gives an ability to get to true meat of the story. This story is one more classic work of Stephen King, the story of desperation and isolation that will keep the reader in the suspense until the very end of the story.
